Fedko’s latest mountain bike film is a 23-minute, five-segment slopestyle and freeride project shot over three years across Canada, New Zealand, Spain, France and Germany, with one segment premiering exclusively on Red Bull Bike YouTube.

Shot over three years, this is Erik Fedko’s most personal and ambitious film project to date, blending 16mm analog footage with modern digital camera work to create a distinct visual language for slopestyle and street-inspired riding. The project was built around creativity over pure progression, focusing on how riders read and ride spots. Here is all you need to know:

Shot across three continents at iconic mountain bike locations, the 23-minute film features five distinct segments with prominent guest riders from the global slopestyle and freeride scene.

The production deliberately combines 16mm film stock with digital camera work, using the grain and warmth of analog alongside the sharpness of modern cameras to create a unique visual identity that matches the scene’s “do your own thing” ethos.

For the Red Bull Bike exclusive segment, one of the largest international slopestyle lines was built specifically at Greenhill Bikepark, designed and constructed over more than a month of building.

Focus remains on creativity and camera craft rather than just the biggest lines or highest tricks, with unique perspectives, uncompromising filming techniques and world-first tricks captured throughout the three-year production.

“This is my most personal project to date. Pushing my own riding beyond my horizon, combining my passion for filmmaking with an analog vision”, concludes Erik Fedko.
