Barrett-Jackson to Offer Two Collections Filled with Award-Winning Custom, Restored and Original Chevrolets During Inaugural Columbus Auction

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – June 22, 2026 – Barrett-Jackson (https://www.barrett-jackson.com/), The World’s Greatest Collector Car Auctions, will sell two groups of highly coveted custom, restored and original Chevrolets from the Nyle Maxwell’s Vehicles Unique Collection and the MS CLASSIC CARS Collection during the inaugural Columbus Auction, June 25-27, 2026, at the Ohio Expo Center & State Fairgrounds. The star of the Nyle Maxwell’s Vehicles Unique Collection is a multi-award winning custom Pro-Touring 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle (Lot #744) powered by a supercharged LSA V-8 engine capable of producing 850hp. Known as “Bloodshot,” a custom 1970 Chevrolet Camaro (Lot #741) from the MS CLASSIC CARS Collection is an award-winning build of an original Z/28.

Each collection contains incredibly well cared-for Chevrolets that are a great match for bidders seeking a piece of Americana during the 250th anniversary of this great country.”

Modifications on the Pro-Touring 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle (Lot #744) include smoothed, tucked and modified bumpers, smoothed fender flares, one-off hood and hand-built inner fenders. Custom interior appointments include a suede one-piece headliner, Mercedes-Benz carpet, custom dash by Ronnie Geeslin, Dakota Digital HDX gauges, Vintage Air climate control with black billet controls and a Kenwood Bluetooth stereo. Awards include Daryl Starbird Fine 9 qualifier, Best Street Machine, Goodguys 2021 Chevy Muscle Pick and Super Chevy Best Chevelle, among others. Known as “Bloodshot,” the custom 1970 Chevrolet Camaro (Lot #741) is an award-winning build of an original Z/28. It is powered by fuel-injected GM Performance 383ci V-8 (Gen 4) engine paired with a five-speed transmission. Among its many accolades, this multi-award-winning build was featured in All Chevy Performance magazine and in the O’Reilly Auto Parts calendar.

Also from the MS CLASSIC CARS Collection, an authentic 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 (Lot #740) is one of 20,302 produced, retains its complete factory original matching-numbers drivetrain and was restored to high show-quality standards. It is powered by the factory original, matching-numbers DZ302 V-8 engine that was factory-rated with 290hp. It was refinished in its factory original color of Fathom Green with white stripes. Lot #757 is a custom 1967 Chevrolet Corvette from Nyle Maxwell’s Vehicles Unique Collection that is powered by a 600hp V-8 paired with a six-speed manual transmission. The interior features custom Z06 power seats, power windows, an electronic parking brake, a Billet Specialties steering wheel, a Flaming River tilt steering column and a Vintage Air climate-control system.

Another offering from the MS CLASSIC CARS Collection is a 1950 Chevrolet 3100 custom pickup (Lot #739)  known as “The Smooth Criminal” that is powered by a GM Performance LS3 V8 engine with automatic transmission, air conditioning, power windows and a No Limits Engineering chassis. The custom black interior features a Satin Black dash with pinstriping and glove box, AutoMeter carbon-fiber gauges, Vintage Air climate-control system, Kenwood stereo, billet door and power window handles, Ididit tilt steering column with billet levers and 14-inch Billet Special Formula black anodized steering wheel.

“While most of the cars from these two collections are from Chevrolet, they also include other models that will cross the block with No Reserve,” said Jackson. “There’s a 2011 Ferrari California convertible that is a beautiful blend of grand touring comfort with genuine Ferrari performance. Another great collectible vehicle is a 2003 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra Terminator convertible, one of 5,082 produced for the model year.”

Lot #783 from the Nyle Maxwell Collection, the 2011 Ferrari California convertible is powered by a 453hp 4.3-liter V-8 engine paired with an automatic transmission. It is finished in Rossa Corsa over a tan interior and features chrome polished wheels. The 2003 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra convertible (Lot #676) from the MS CLASSIC CARS Collection has 6,821 actual miles since new and was nicknamed “The Terminator” by the SVT development crew. This example is one of 5,082 produced for the model year and features a Dark Shadow Gray exterior and Dark Charcoal leather/graphite interior.

Other notable collectible vehicles from the two collections include:

  • 1969 Chevrolet Camaro (Lot #769) – Known as “No Holds Barred;” powered by a 525hp LS3 6.2-liter V-8 engine paired with a Tremec T56 six-speed manual transmission (Nyle Maxwell’s Vehicles Unique Collection).
  • 1969 Chevrolet Camaro (Lot #677) – Show-quality restoration finished in LeMans Blue, including the floors. Powered by a GM Performance LS2 V-8 engine with a 4L60E automatic transmission. Features 17-inch Rally polished wheels and a Vintage Air system (MS CLASSIC CARS Collection).

In addition to the collector car and automobilia auctions, Barrett-Jackson will deliver an immersive lifestyle experience at the Ohio Expo Center & State Fairgrounds with a vast Exhibitor Marketplace, interactive sponsor displays, Dodge Thrill Rides, DJs playing top hits and festival of food.

Barrett-Jackson is inviting consignments for the June 25-27 Columbus Auction. In addition, bidder registration is open, with three packages to choose from and upgrades for Muscle Lounge access and Hammer High Top packages. Advance tickets are on sale now, with special pricing for seniors, military and first responders. Student tickets are $10 and children 12 years of age and younger automatically receive complimentary admission. Barrett-Jackson VIP Experiences hospitality packages are available and offer elevated access.
