SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – Aug. 25, 2026 – Barrett-Jackson (https://www.barrett-jackson.com/), The World’s Greatest Collector Car Auctions, is building a docket filled with coveted Ford collectible vehicles that will cross the block with No Reserve during this year’s Las Vegas Auction from Sept. 10-12, in the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Bidders will have the opportunity to take home original, custom, classic and late-model Ford vehicles, including an original 1970 Mustang Boss 429 (Lot #740). Finished in Grabber Orange, the Boss 429 is powered by its factory-original matching-numbers V-8 engine with a matching-numbers four-speed manual transmission and original 3.91 Traction-Lok differential.
“Ford-powered vehicles, like the original 1970 Boss 429, are historically significant and have a long history of desirability among collectors,” said Craig Jackson, chairman and CEO of Barrett-Jackson. “With its matching-numbers engine and transmission and just over 16,000 original miles, this Boss 429 is a truly rare find. We’re also offering late-model Ford Shelby Mustangs, like a 2022 GT500KR Widebody, along with iconic first-generation Ford Broncos that reflect a golden era of rugged utility vehicles.”
One of one approximately seven finished in Grabber Orange with a white interior, the 1970 Mustang Boss 429 (Lot #740) is equipped with competition suspension, power steering and power brakes with front discs. The exterior features a functional front spoiler, hood scoop, color-keyed racing mirrors and restored original 15-inch chromed Magnum 500 wheels. Also on offer is a custom 1966 Ford Mustang fastback (Lot #700) powered by a Coyote V-8 engine with a six-speed manual transmission. The body was taken to bare metal during a five-year rotisserie restoration and finished in 2003 SVT Cobra Torch Red (Performance Red) with white stripes. An R-Code 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 428 CJ (Lot #679) is powered by a matching-numbers 428 Cobra Jet V-8 engine with Ram Air paired with a matching-numbers close-ratio four-speed manual transmission. It is finished in black with black and red stripe interior.
A licensed 1967 Ford Mustang Eleanor Widebody (Lot #738) on the docket is No. 2 of 60 Carbon Edition Eleanor Widebodys slated for limited production, powered by a 750hp Roush-supercharged Gen 3 Coyote V-8 paired with a five-speed manual transmission. It is finished in proprietary two-stage Pepper Gray paint with black Rally stripes with an interior featuring embroidered seats, the signature fastback fold-down rear seat, a custom-painted roll bar, four-point harnesses and Dynamat insulation.
“Carroll Shelby turned the Ford Mustang into something genuinely performance-oriented,” said Jackson. “Today’s modern Shelbys, like the GT500KR Widebody on our Las Vegas docket, continue his legacy with supercar-level acceleration and enormous horsepower.”
The 2022 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500KR Widebody (Lot #730) is powered by a supercharged V-8 engine with Tremec seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission capable of producing 900+hp. It is finished in Brittany Blue with painted white stripes with a lightweight dry carbon-fiber hood with functional dual air extractors. It is identified as No. 6 of 70 produced and includes Shelby 60th Anniversary CSM sequential dash and engine bay plaques. Also crossing the block is a 2022 Ford Shelby Super Snake Widebody Speedster (Lot #722) powered by an 825hp Whipple-supercharged 5.0-liter V-8 engine paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. Built by Shelby American and documented with Shelby serial number 22SS0002, this is the first car produced and No. 1 of 98 Super Snake Speedsters built for the U.S. market for 2022.
Custom Ford Broncos set to cross the block in Las Vegas include a 1977 Ford Bronco (Lot #752) powered by a Coyote V-8 engine. The body was refinished in Ford Area 51 paint with Rhino Liner applied to the underbody. The cabin features bolstered front bucket seats and a rear bench trimmed in Charcoal Gray leather with patterned cloth inserts that extend to the dashboard pad, door panels and rear trim. A 1973 Ford Bronco (Lot #708) is powered by a 415hp V-8 engine paired with an automatic transmission. The exterior is finished in PPG Oak Green Metallic with Metallic Pepper Grey accents and ceramic coating. It rides on 20×10 Fuel Blitz wheels wrapped in 35-inch Nitto Ridge Grappler tires.
A custom 1973 Ford Bronco (Lot #697) will be sold with its matching 1973 Ford Bronco custom trailer (Lot #697.1). Powered by a V-8 crate engine and four-speed overdrive automatic transmission, the Bronco is finished in its original Grabber Blue with a white hardtop. Its matching Bronco Explorer trailer is constructed from a 1973 Bronco body with a hardtop and features a custom front cooler and a stainless-steel toolbox.
For bidders looking to add a unique Ford to their collection, a 1950 Ford Van Pelt custom fire truck (Lot #450) nicknamed Ol’ Hozer is powered by a 500hp LS 6.0-liter engine paired with a 4L80E automatic transmission. It is equipped with full AccuAir air-ride suspension and is fitted with an original growler siren and a modern siren system, and all lights are functional. The interior is equipped with two Bluetooth stereo systems; one located in the front cab and one in the rear.
The 2026 Las Vegas Auction kicks off Sept. 9 with an invitation-only Opening Night Cocktail Reception at LIV nightclub inside the luxurious Fontainebleau Las Vegas resort. The gathering for registered bidders will feature cocktails and light hors d’oeuvres.
