New kits deliver up to 1,650 watts, eight speakers, ported bass, touchscreen integration, and Limited Lifetime Warranty coverage
ST. GEORGE, UT, June, 2026 – SSV Works, The Original UTV Audio Brand, has opened preorders for its new V-Spec audio kits for 2026-Up Can-Am Defender HD11 models. Orders are expected to begin shipping by July 13, 2026.
Designed as the first-of-its-kind complete aftermarket audio system program for the HD11, the new kits combine vehicle-specific enclosures, dedicated amplification, plug-and-play harnessing, full-range speakers, and ported subwoofers into one integrated package.
Unlike roof-based systems that consume the entire roof space or upgrade packages that rely on OEM enclosures, the SSV Works HD11 program is built from the ground up around the vehicle. The system includes a four-speaker overhead soundbar, rear speaker enclosures hidden behind the roof liner for a clean factory-style installation, under-seat ported subwoofer enclosures, amplifiers, and vehicle-specific wiring.
“HD11 owners finally have a real complete aftermarket audio system built specifically for their vehicle,” said Kelson Downes, Marketing Director of SSV Works. “This is not a few speakers added to a roof, and it is not an upgrade that requires customers to build around factory enclosures. From the overhead soundbar and rear speakers cleanly integrated through the roof liner to the under-seat ported subwoofers, amps, and wiring, every part of the system was designed to work together as one clean, powerful package.”
The V-Spec lineup is available in three configurations. Phase-4 includes four SSV V6 full-range speakers in the overhead soundbar and one ported 10″ SSV V10 subwoofer. Phase-5 adds two rear overhead V6 speakers, with their rotomolded enclosures concealed behind the roof liner while the speakers remain fully visible for a sleek finished look. Phase-7 adds a second ported 10″ V10 subwoofer, creating an eight-speaker system with six V6 full-range speakers and two V10 subwoofers.
Every kit delivers 1,650 watts of total system power through an 800-watt four-channel amplifier and an 850-watt mono amplifier. The V6 speakers and V10 subwoofers are engineered specifically for powersports use, built to handle vibration, dust, water, and off-road punishment while delivering clear output and hard-hitting bass throughout the cab.
Kits are available for both Defender HD11 models with the factory BRP Touchscreen and non-touchscreen models. BRP Touchscreen kits integrate directly with the factory display, retaining the clean dash layout and factory controls. Non-touchscreen kits include SSV Works’ new MRB4 weatherproof 4″ touchscreen radio, mounted in the center of the overhead soundbar. The MRB4 adds Bluetooth, EQ control, RGB control, and inputs for optional front and rear cameras. An optional bass level controller is also available.
The new systems also provide a stronger value than the OEM audio upgrade path. The OEM Level 3 package includes four speakers and a 280-watt amplifier for $2,364.99. Adding its single-subwoofer kit raises the total to $3,704.98 for four speakers, one subwoofer, and 580 watts.
By comparison, SSV Works’ Phase-4 system delivers four V6 full-range speakers, one ported 10″ V10 subwoofer, and 1,650 watts for $3,199.99. A dual-sub OEM configuration reaches $5,044.97, while the SSV Works Phase-7 delivers six V6 speakers, two ported 10″ V10 subwoofers, and 1,650 watts for $4,249.99.
“The OEM audio path gets expensive quickly, and owners still end up with less power, fewer speakers, and less bass,” Downes said. “The SSV Works system gives HD11 owners a true full-system upgrade with more output, cleaner integration, and long-term confidence behind it.”
