Oak Brook, Ill. – Bosch, a leading global supplier of technology, will showcase new products and solutions, including diagnostics, braking components, tools and equipment, at AAPEX (Booth #A4409) and SEMA 2025 (Booths #23911 and #36087). Additionally, specialists from Bosch will present at AAPEX Booth #A4409 on expanded product portfolios and pioneering new AI-powered in-shop solutions.

Attendees can expect the following new products and solutions to be featured at the Bosch AAPEX (#A4409) and SEMA (#23911 and #36087) booths. Representatives will also be on-site to answer questions and provide demonstrations.
Bosch Diagnostics: AAPEX showgoers can get a feel for how remote diagnostics and artificial intelligence (AI) are transforming in-shop operations and the aftermarket repair industry as we know it. Activations will include demos of the Bosch Super Technician – a breakthrough AI-powered tool designed to help repair technicians work smarter, diagnose faster, and stay ahead of the curve as vehicles continue to grow more complex.
Also at SEMA booth #36087, the Diagnostics group will showcase the new Bosch TPA400, a TPMS sensor configuration tool. Fit with an integrated OBD module and over-the-air software updates, the TPA400 is compatible with over 20 universal sensor brands and boasts vehicle coverage of over 95%.
Bosch Auto Parts: The new HCV Air-Disc Brake Pads – Bosch’s first heavy duty braking service offering – boast advanced friction stability, lower rotor wear and OE-equivalent or better brake efficiency and power for class 6-8 vehicles. Additionally, a relaunched oil and cabin air filter program will introduce more than 200 new part numbers, expanded vehicle coverage and elevated quality.

OTC Tools: In celebration of its 100-year anniversary, OTC Tools will debut over 80 new product numbers, including the new 5098 Cone Washer Removal Adapter and 5961 Drain Plug Pro Kit – both of which will be onsite for demonstrations at AAPEX Booth #A4409 and SEMA Booth #36087.
Also onsite at both shows will be the new S06G 6-Ton and S03G 3-Ton Geared Jack Stands, with features like a formed and welded high-quality steel base and self-locking geared ratchet handle that provide technicians universal support for most vehicles – and the ability to safely set a stand without crawling underneath the vehicle.
Bosch Performance Parts & Engineering: SEMA Booth #23911 will bridge today’s performance needs with tomorrow’s mobility solutions, showcasing a mix of breakthrough technologies and powerful components including Bosch fuel pumps and injectors, TPMS and other sensors, ignition coils and spark plugs, electric powertrain systems and more.
