READING, PENNSYLVANIA — October 21, 2025 — EnerSys (NYSE: ENS), a global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications and the manufacturer of ODYSSEY® batteries, is set to debut its ODYSSEY® Evolution ODV31 battery at the 2025 Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) in ODYSSEY® Battery booth no. A40000. Engineered with exclusive AGM2 technology – the latest in Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) power combined with proprietary Thin Plate Pure Lead (TPPL) technology – the ODYSSEY® Evolution ODV31 battery offers 650 charge/recharge cycles at 80 percent Depth of Discharge (DOD). The ODYSSEY® Evolution ODV31 battery is a dependable choice for multi-battery marine systems, medium- to heavy-duty trucks with hotel loads, Electric Auxiliary Power Units (EAPU) and auxiliary equipment like liftgate trailers and reefer units. It’s also ideal for first response vehicles and construction machinery. This year’s AAPEX show will take place November 4th to November 6th at The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The ODYSSEY® Evolution ODV31 battery can operate in temperatures as low as -40°F (-40°C) to as high as 176°F (80°C) and delivers Cold Cranking Amps (CCA) of 700 as well as a Reserve Capacity (RC) of 220 minutes. Backed by an industry-leading warranty, the ODYSSEY® Evolution ODV31 battery also offers up to a 10-year service life and is compatible with the ODYSSEY® Connect battery monitoring system – another key EnerSys solution that will be highlighted in this year’s AAPEX ODYSSEY® Battery booth. Engineered with proprietary technology, the ODYSSEY® Connect battery monitoring system captures and records battery State of Charge (SOC) and State of Health (SOH) by monitoring voltage and temperature status through cranking and other events. Customers can view warning and safety notifications directly on their cell phone or smart device to spot system performance anomalies and address appropriately.
