After a month-long break since the San Felipe 250, the RZR Factory Racing Team returns to the desert with one goal in mind, making history at the legendary Baja 500. With back-to-back wins, Brock Heger in 2023 and Cayden MacCachren in 2024, the team is charging into Baja with its sights set on a rare three-peat at one of off-road racing’s most iconic and unforgiving battlegrounds.

All eyes are on Heger as he heads into race weekend riding an unstopple streak.  With six consecutive wins under his belt, he’s gunning for a seventh, looking to extend his dominance and further solidify his place among the sport’s elite. Meanwhile, MacCachren is on a mission of his own – redemption. After a few tough outings, MacCachren returns to the event he conquered last year with a renewed drive and determined to challenge Heger and reclaim the top spot.

Also in the mix is Max Eddy Jr., who’s been steadily gaining ground and is determined to put his blue livery RZR Pro R Factory at the front of the pack and walk away with a breakthrough result.

Adding to the weekend’s intensity is the ongoing battle for the fourth and final factory seat in the No. 1831 orange RZR Pro R Factory. In a unique twist, two contenders, Ethan Groom and Justin Morgan, will split driving duties at the Baja 500. Groom will start the race before handing it off to Morgan at the halfway point. While they’ll need to work as a team to achieve the same goal of victory, each is also aiming to outshine the other to stake a stronger claim for the full-time seat.

With high stakes, elite talent, and internal rivalries pushing each driver to the limit, the stage is set for a showdown in Baja that could define the season and shape the future of the RZR Factory Racing program.
