MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility will display its full portfolio of parts and service solutions for heavy-duty, agricultural, and industrial applications at the 2026 Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW). Exhibition highlights in booth #717 include heavy-duty engine kits featuring CLEVITE® engine parts and MAHLE gaskets, advanced cooling and air conditioning solutions—including BEHR® thermostats, A/C compressors, and radiators—as well as rotating electric components. The novel MAHLE FluidPRO® Smart Fluid Control Unit for smart fluid management will complement the product offering. HDAW takes place from January 19th to January 22nd at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas.

Among the latest MAHLE solutions on display at this year’s HDAW show are two new heavy-duty reservoir expansion tanks for Kenworth and Freightliner trucks, as well as an HVAC blower motor for Freightliner. In addition to a wide range of air and fuel filters custom-fit for popular applications, MAHLE will unveil a heavy-duty oil filter engineered to provide dependable performance for Detroit Diesel engines.
In regards to Service Solutions, MAHLE will present the new FluidPRO® Smart Fluid Control Unit, a service machine designed for shop owners and technicians that can handle 16-to-55-gallon quantities of vehicle fluid, making the job smoother, cleaner, more streamlined, and safer overall. With an automatic refill function, customers can perform necessary refills while the cart is still in operation and dispense various types of used or new fluids during a repair.
Another key product will be the OE certified MAHLE ArcticPRO® ACX2180 R134a refrigerant handling system featuring an ergonomic door for best-in-class serviceability and integrated oil / UV dye injection. Lastly, the Group’s expanded line of ShopPRO® lift equipment, including an axle jack, vehicle support stands and air lifts will be highlighted during the show.
