MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility is set to reveal its latest Aftermarket parts and service solutions for light- and heavy-duty vehicle applications in the newly located MAHLE booth (#A4045) at the 2025 Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX). Key new offerings include two first-to-market MAHLE® cylinder head gasket sets, as well as a MAHLE® manifold installation set (MIS). Four new MAHLE® oil and air filters will also be highlighted. Additionally, the global automotive supplier is presenting its latest MAHLE Service Solutions, including the MAHLE FluidPRO® Smart Fluid Control line for smart fluid management. AAPEX 2025 will take place November 4 to November 6 at The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada.

MAHLE Lifecycle and Mobility expands its portfolio with complete gasket sets for Duramax® L5P 6.6L and Subaru® FA24F 2.4L engines. Available as complete kits and individual components, MAHLE becomes the first aftermarket provider to offer full gasket coverage for both engine platforms in the North American market.
Available for GMC® branded vehicles with a 5.3L or 6.2L engine, the latest MAHLE® manifold installation set includes all the gaskets and seals for a technician to properly re-install the intake manifold. Also featured in the MAHLE booth will be four new MAHLE® oil and air filters for heavy- and light-duty vehicles, covering an array of domestic and import applications.
MAHLE will also display pistons, piston rings, valves, and ancillary components, plus CLEVITE® engine bearings for Duramax® L5P 6.6L and Ford® 6.2L engines. The company also displays complete heavy-duty engine kits featuring CLEVITE®, MAHLE®, and BEHR® components for Asian, European, and domestic applications. At MAHLE booth #A4045, visitors will see advanced cooling and air conditioning solutions—including BEHR® thermostats, A/C compressors, and radiators—as well as electric drivetrain solutions for passenger cars, trucks, agricultural vehicles, and construction equipment.
From its Service Solutions division, MAHLE presents the FluidPRO® Smart Fluid Control line – an intelligent solution for professional fluid management in repair shops. The FluidPRO® Smart Fluid Control Cart (SFC-6) features six separate 30-liter containers into which technicians can supply and store different types of fluids.
In addition, MAHLE is set to participate in the first-ever AAPEX “Booth Crawl” – an organized booth tour sponsored by AAPEX – taking place on Tuesday, November 4 and Wednesday, November 5 at 4:00 p.m. in MAHLE AAPEX booth A4045. Throughout the two-day event, attendees will have the chance to get a personal tour of the MAHLE booth and learn about the Company’s latest aftermarket parts and service offerings.
