The 2025 Carroll Shelby Tribute Returns Celebrating a Trio of 60th Anniversaries with a Spectacular Car Show in SoCal in Support of the California Fire Foundation!

WHO:
The public is invited to join Shelby celebs for a Ford powered car show with food trucks, presentations, an autograph session, awards and more! Powered by Team Shelby Pacific Coast Region, the Tribute will be hosted by the Segerstrom Shelby Event Center and Hillbank Motorsports/Superformance/Shelby Legendary Cars.

Attendance is free for spectators.

WHAT:
Carroll Shelby’s grandson Aaron Shelby, Shelby American President Gary Patterson and Shelby American Vice President Vince LaViolette will join the Segerstrom and Stander families to honor Carroll Shelby, along with the 60th anniversaries of the Shelby GT350, Shelby 427 Cobra, and the FIA World Sports Car Championship Win by Shelby American Racing.

Hundreds of high-performance Ford and Shelby vehicles are expected to be displayed on Whatney Street between Superformance and the incredible Segerstrom Shelby Event Center. The SSEC Museum features the finest display of Shelby vehicles and memorabilia in SoCal! Hillbank will also open its facility for this amazing event. All profits from the event will benefit the California Fire Foundation, which assists those affected by the recent SoCal fires.  

Shelby American will display their latest vehicles, including the 2025 Shelby GT350 and 830 hp Shelby Super Snake, as well as its high performance trucks. Shelby execs and historic cars will be displayed to raise money for charity while celebrating the life of an American icon.

Interviews will be available with Aaron Shelby, Gary Patterson, Vince LaViolette and Shayna Stander of Hillbank Motorsports/Superformance/Shelby Legendary Cars, as well Ted and Rae Segerstrom.

SIGNIFICANCE:

The annual SoCal Carroll Shelby Tribute and Car Show is returning to SoCal after a one year hiatus. Carroll Shelby, who changed automotive history and was portrayed in the hit film “Ford V Ferrari” built his famous cars in Southern California in the 1960s. He passed on May 10, 2012, and the Tribute event began a year later in memory of his amazing life.
