SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. ‒ April 15, 2026 – Barrett-Jackson (https://www.barrett-jackson.com/), The World’s Greatest Collector Car Auctions, will offer hundreds of rare collectible automobilia pieces, highlighted by nostalgic Americana, during this year’s Palm Beach Auction, April 16-18, 2026, at the South Florida Fairgrounds. The incredible docket ranges from restored collector’s signs like a 1970 porcelain American Oil neon sign (Lot #8196) and a late 1950s Miami Bowl Parking neon porcelain sign (Lot #8194) to a 1956 Racecraft quarter midget racer (Lot #8171) that is original down to its factory tires.
“The market for authentic automobilia has never been stronger, and our Palm Beach lineup reflects the incredible diversity of this hobby,” said Craig Jackson, chairman and CEO of Barrett-Jackson. “We’ve curated a selection that ranges from museum-quality porcelain signs like a late 1950s Miami Bowl Parking neon porcelain sign to an exceptionally rare, restored Racecraft midget racer. These aren’t just decorative pieces; they are highly sought-after historical artifacts that anchor the world’s most prestigious private collections.”
The late 1950s Miami Bowl Parking neon porcelain sign (Lot #8194) is expected to be a highlight of the Automobilia Auction. This single-sided neon porcelain marquee sign sports beautiful period Miami colors on an all-original, untouched field with a blinking neon arrow. In addition, a single-sided animated porcelain American Oil service station neon sign (Lot #8196) from 1970 is also expected to be a popular item. With a restored face, the neon torch flickers to simulate flames on a white background.
Another highly prized piece is a 1956 Racecraft quarter midget racer (Lot #8171) that has been exceptionally restored to original. The racer has all-new chrome, powder-coated chassis, stainless hardware and European leather upholstery. The rebuilt original Continental engine has a 6:1 reduction gear box and chrome engine tin.
“While vintage signs often attract a great deal of attention, some of the other more unique pieces in the auction are worthy centerpieces for any collection,” said Barrett-Jackson Automobilia Director Rory Brinkman. “In addition to a 1920s vintage gas pump, we’ll auction a 1940s Pepsi-Cola Soda Machine, a 1950s Seeburg Jukebox, and many more incredible automobilia items.”
The 1953 Seeburg Model HF jukebox (Lot #8170) received a nut-and-bolt restoration featuring new plating, and it lights and plays perfectly.
